Do I need to order a dress test?
We want to give you our undivided attention when choosing your dress / suit, so please order in advance by calling +420 737 667 194.
Please book your test appointment by phone rather than email. We can more quickly agree on a date that will suit you.
If we cannot answer your call, we are serving another customer. We will call you back as soon as possible.
Is there a fee for trying on clothes?
There is no charge for testing from Monday to Friday. On Saturday the test appointment must be booked and we charge CZK 250 for the first hour of testing and CZK 100 for every additional 30 minutes.
Can I bring someone with me?
With regard to the salon premises, you can be accompanied by a maximum of 2 people. Children must be supervised by a person over 18 years of age throughout their visit to the salon. Supervision cannot be performed by the customer trying on a dress.
How long can I rent the dress / suit?
You can rent items for 3 or 4 days, including weekends. The listed rental prices are for the entire rental period.
Do I get a discount if I rent multiple outfits?
We provide a 10 % discount for renting the second and each additional dress. Brides receive a 50 % discount on renting a change of clothes. We have various events during the year. Please check our Facebook and Instagram pages. Individual discounts cannot be combined.
Can I buy a dress?
All dresses in the salon can be purchased if they are not already reserved for hire. We also always have a selection of new models in the salon. If you would like a dress that has already been reserved or would like a different colour or size, we will order the dress for you. You will find dresses from last year’s collections on sale.
Is it possible to order a custom-made wedding dress from you?
Dresses from the THE ONE, LOVELY and NATALI BRIDAL collections can be customised within 6-12 weeks.
How far in advance is it advised to book a dress?
The sooner you come, the more dresses you will have available. Brides usually try on dresses 6-8 months before the wedding. Prom dresses are usually chosen between August and November. When you need a dress for a formal ball, we can select the dress even a few days before the event.
I’m petite. Can you shorten my rental dress?
Yes, of course. We can shorten or narrow your rental dress to fit you within the limits of fit. If you wish, we can add or remove straps, change or remove the appliqué on the dress – anything to make you happy.
Can I take a picture of the dress?
Yes, you can.
How can I book a dress?
If you have decided to book a particular model, we will need your ID and a deposit of 50 % of the rental fee. You can pay in cash or by credit card. Upon collection of the dress, a supplementary payment and a refundable security deposit of CZK 1,000 for evening dresses and CZK 2,000 for wedding dresses is payable. In case of excessive soiling or damage to the dress, this deposit is used to clean or repair the rented model. If the dress is in good condition, the refundable security deposit is returned to you in full immediately upon return of the dress.
When do I come in to have the dress altered, and when do I pick it up?
The time you come in for a dress fitting is arranged when you book the dress/suit. We usually have fittings on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and dress/suit collection on Thursdays or Fridays. We will prepare your dress/suit in an opaque package.
When should the dress be returned?
Dresses should be returned on the first working day after the social event, usually Monday morning at 9am – unless otherwise arranged.
What sizes do you offer wedding dresses and suits/smocks in?
We offer dresses in sizes 32-56. We offer suits and tuxedos in a full range of sizes. If you need a different size jacket and pants, we can certainly combine them for you.
Is there a cleaning service included in the rental fee?
Yes, the rental fee includes cleaning of the dress from normal soiling, sweat, makeup, and dusting of the hem and train. Excessive staining from wine, asphalt, tar, pollen, grass, dirt, etc. will incur an additional charge depending on the extent of the stain.
What if I damage my dress/suit during the event?
The dress/suit will be repaired by our seamstress and a proof of repair will be issued. We will then deduct the amount from the refundable security deposit you paid when you picked up the dress.
Do you rent bridesmaid dresses?
We rent them in white and cream colours in sizes 80-158. The rental fee starts at CZK 500. We also rent baby boleros for bridesmaid dresses. According to your wish, we will change the ribbon on the dresses to your chosen colour.
Do you also rent boys‘ suits?
For boys, we have sets in sizes 80-134: trousers-vest-shirt (cotton suitable for summer days) at a rental fee of CZK 500. In sizes 98-140, we rent suits: trousers-vest-jacket- (rental fee of CZK 800-1,000). It is possible to rent only trousers and vest for CZK 800. We also offer JUNIOR suits in sizes 152-170 (rental fee of CZK 1,000-1,500). We recommend matching the bow tie/regatta tie/tie for the groom and groomsmen.
Do you rent men’s suits and tuxedos?
We rent and sell men’s suits in all sizes (rentals from CZK 1,500, sales from CZK 4,900). We rent tuxedos in sizes 50-62 (rental fee of CZK 1,990). We offer waistcoats, bow ties, tailcoats, regatta ties, ties and cufflinks, shirts, belts and formal shoes.
Can I buy wedding accessories from you?
Yes, we have a large selection of jewellery, veils, crowns, boleros, garters, stockings and wedding shoes. We sell short simple veils, long, embroidered or luxury veils can be purchased or hired. We only sell wedding shoes at prices starting from CZK 1,500. You can choose different heel heights, from ballerinas to 12 cm heels.
Is it possible to rent a petticoat, bolero, jacket or cape separately from you?
It is possible. A simple petticoat can be rented for CZK 500, a more lavish petticoat for CZK 1,000. Pelerines, jackets, fur coats, taffeta/satin/shirt boleros are available for
CZK 500-800.
