Do I need to book an appointment to try on dresses?
To ensure we can fully dedicate our time and attention to you during your fitting, please schedule an appointment in advance by calling us at +420 737 667 194.
Appointments are booked by phone only, not via email. This way, we can find a convenient time for you more quickly.
If we are unable to take your call, we are likely assisting another customer. We will call you back as soon as possible.
Do you charge a fitting fee for dresses or suits?
Fittings for evening dresses and men’s suits are free of charge.
Can I bring someone with me?
Due to the size of our salon, you may bring up to 2 guests with you. Children must be supervised at all times by an adult over 18. The person trying on the garments cannot be responsible for supervising children.
How long can I rent a dress or suit for?
Our standard rental period is from Thursday to Monday. If you need the attire for a weekday event, you can pick it up the day before and return it the day after. Custom arrangements are always possible. Our rental prices cover the entire rental period.
Can I buy the dresses?
All dresses in our salon are available for purchase unless they are reserved for rental. We also carry a selection of brand-new models.
We are a PREMIUM DEALER of the prestigious brand Nicole Milano by Pronovias and an authorized partner of the German brand Christian Koehlert and the French brand Corizzi.
Selected models are available in stock for immediate rental. We can also order any model from the full brand collections upon request. Prices always match the official manufacturer pricing.
You can also find last season’s dresses available at discounted prices.
When should I reserve my dress?
The earlier you come, the wider the selection. Brides typically book fittings around 6 months before the wedding. High school graduates usually come between August and November, and dance school students reserve dresses between August and October. For balls and other formal events, we often help customers choose dresses just a few days in advance.
I am petite. Can you alter a rented dress for me?
Yes. We can shorten or take in the dress to fit your figure, depending on the cut. We can also add or remove straps or appliqués to suit your preferences. We also regularly tailor sleeves and trouser legs for men’s suits.
Can I take photos of the dresses I try on?
Yes, you can.
How do I reserve a dress?
To reserve a specific model, we require a valid ID and a deposit of 50% of the rental fee. You can pay by cash or card. The remaining balance and a refundable deposit are due at pickup: 1,000 CZK for evening dresses and suits, 2,000 CZK for wedding dresses.
In case of excessive soiling or damage, the refundable deposit is used for cleaning or repair. If the dress is returned in good condition, the deposit is refunded in full immediately. The refundable deposit must be paid in cash.
When should I come in for alterations, and when do I pick up the dress?
We will schedule your alteration appointment when you reserve your dress or suit. Alterations typically take place on Tuesdays, and rentals are usually picked up on Thursdays. Dresses and suits are prepared in opaque garment bags.
When do I return the dress?
Dresses should be returned on the first business day after your event, typically Monday after 10 a.m., unless otherwise arranged.
What sizes of wedding dresses and suits/smoking jackets do you offer?
We carry dresses in sizes 32 to 56. Suits and tuxedos are available in a full range of sizes. We can also combine different jacket and trouser sizes as needed.
Is cleaning included in the rental price?
Yes. The rental price includes standard cleaning for stains such as perspiration, makeup, and dust on the hem or train. Excessive staining from wine, asphalt, tar, pollen, grass, or soil may incur an extra fee depending on the damage.
What if the dress or suit is damaged during my event?
Our seamstress will repair the garment and provide a receipt for the repair. The cost will be deducted from your refundable deposit.

Do you rent men’s suits and tuxedos?
Yes, we rent and sell men’s suits in all sizes. Rentals start at 1,800 CZK and purchases at 6,600 CZK. Tuxedos are available in sizes 50–62, with rentals starting at 3,900 CZK. We also offer vests, bow ties, cummerbunds, cravats, pocket squares, white gloves for dancing, ties, cufflinks, dress shirts, belts, and formal shoes.
Can I buy bridal accessories from you?
Yes. We offer a wide range of jewelry, veils, tiaras, boleros, garters, stockings, and wedding shoes. Our veils are available in various lengths, from simple to embellished with lace borders and pearls. Wedding shoes start at 1,500 CZK and come in different heel heights, from flats to 12 cm heels. We also sell heart-shaped wedding umbrellas.
Can I rent a petticoat, bolero, coat, or cape separately?
Yes, you can. Renting a simple petticoat costs 500 CZK. Capes, coats, faux furs, and boleros made of taffeta, satin, or lace are available for 500–800 CZK.
